Steiner previously served as Sous Chef at The ChocolatierSM, Hershey's largest full-service restaurant and bar. A Pennsylvania native, Steiner’s culinary career has been shaped by locations where he has lived and worked, including New England and the Florida Keys. With more than a decade of culinary knowledge in American-style restaurants, Steiner’s versatility and adaptability, as well as his passion for creating inspired and innovative menus, has led to his notable career achievement in The Sweetest Place On Earth® .
